Frequently asked questions
Short answers about the service, the draws, our statistics and your account.
Q01Can I buy lottery tickets through Kelvo Brook?
No. Kelvo Brook is purely an information service: we do not sell tickets, broker entries or accept stakes. We only publish public draw results and the statistics calculated from them.
Q02Where do the results come from?
We compile the numbers from information made publicly available by the draw operators and check every line before publishing. If there is ever a discrepancy, the official source always prevails.
Q03When do the draws take place?
Eurojackpot is drawn on Tuesdays and Fridays, Viking Lotto on Wednesdays. Draws usually take place around 21:00 Finnish time and we update the results shortly afterwards.
Q04Do the statistics predict future numbers?
No. Every draw is an independent random event. Frequencies only show what has already happened — they do not increase anyone's chances of winning.
Q05What does Premium include?
Premium includes faster result alerts, deeper statistics views, an ad-free interface and CSV downloads of the archive. Prices include VAT: €4.50/month, €36/year or a one-off €119.
Q06Is the service allowed in Finland?
Kelvo Brook only publishes publicly available information and does not organise, sell or broker any games of chance. We nevertheless follow responsible-gambling principles in all our content.
Q07Do I need an account?
No. Results, the archive and statistics are freely available. An account is only needed for Premium and personal alert settings.
Q08How do I delete my account?
Send a request to [email protected]. We will delete your account and related data within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.
Q09How does the site support responsible gambling?
We show an 18+ notice and the free Peluuri helpline on every page and never encourage anyone to take part in draws. Our Responsible Gambling page lists warning signs and support services.
Q10Which currency are amounts shown in?
All amounts are shown in euros. If the original figure is published in another currency, we convert it using the official rate on the day of the draw.
